Must Have

10+ years of construction management experience, background in infrastructure (power, substation, civil, utilities) construction management, Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget, Deep understanding of construction sequencing, design coordination, and field execution, Ability to anticipate and prevent problems through proactive planning and direct communication, commercial acumen — skilled at evaluating bids, negotiating with contractors, and managing change orders, Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

experience with power generation projects, especially natural gas plants or large electrical interconnection infrastructure

What You'll Do.

Oversee all phases of infrastructure construction across multiple large-scale powered land and data center development sites nationwide

Review and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents to identify risks
