What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15 years of relevant sales and/or channel development experience, 8 years in sales leadership or management roles, Experience selling to key executive-buyer personas for transactional healthcare RCM, Proven track record achieving or exceeding objectives selling SaaS or similar subscription-based, Excellent negotiation, leadership, management and presentation skills, Ability to adapt well to change and work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Proficiency in strategic selling principles, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Bachelor's degree in sales management or related field or equivalent experience, Sedentary work, Up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects, Repetitive use of hands, Travel for this position may be up to 30%, Authorized to work in the United States

Sell solutions to clearinghouses
practice management vendors
Deliver expected sales results
Participate in hiring and on-boarding new hires
Drive collaboration with direct sales team
Provide market feedback
Develop and deploy ideas to increase revenue
Prepare accurate forecasts
Act as a coach to drive sales activities
Grow Strategic Partner's revenue
Develop and execute successful sales initiatives
Demonstrate ownership and accountability
Manage day-to-day activities of assigned team
Ensure associates have tools and resources
Attain assigned quotas
Develop and achieve accurate forecasts
Identify risks to deals and execute mitigation plans
Utilize consultative sales techniques
Train team on best practices
Develop and maintain knowledge of product suite
Assess team's performance
Collaborate on development plans
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination
Drive utilization and compliance for documentation in SalesForce
Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies
Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Fulfill responsibilities for operational and financial success
Perform other duties as required
