Must Have
10+ years of experience across growth marketing, digital marketing, communications, integrated marketing, content, SEO, social, email, or related functions., 4+ years of people leadership experience directly managing multi-functional teams, including performance management, mentorship, and career development., Demonstrated ability to connect brand, story, audience insight, and digital experience to business outcomes—and to communicate that connection clearly to executive stakeholders., Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and grow specialists in social, communications, and creative functions—helping them build both craft excellence and business acumen., Deep fluency across SEO, AEO, AI discovery, social, email, content, web, analytics, attribution, campaign strategy, and communications., executive presence with confidence navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, protecting team bandwidth, and pushing back when appropriate., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., judgment around brand reputation, compliance, executive messaging, and sensitive topics., Understanding of modern SEO, AEO, LLM discovery, structured content, and digital visibility.

Experience in fintech, home services, SaaS, energy, sustainability, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.

Lead a cross functional marketing and communications function.; Connect with executives and business leaders.; Manage specialists in social media, PR/communications, and creative.; Represent marketing and communications in cross-functional conversations with Product, Sales, Business Development, Legal, Creative, Analytics, Operations, and People teams.; Partner with analytics and revenue teams to improve attribution and funnel visibility.; Mentor each team member based on their strengths, growth areas, and career aspirations.
