Full Job Description

Position: Senior Director, APAC Sales Position Type: Full time Department: International Sales Location: Singapore, Australia, or US West Coast; domestic and international travel up to 50% Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.10+ years of experience in life sciences and NGS sales, with multi-country regional management experience. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, APAC Sales who will play a pivotal role leading and directing all commercial sales efforts across the Asia-Pacific region to maximize revenue and operational excellence. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid growth across diverse APAC markets. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of leading multi-country commercial organizations and experience with genomics sales. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success. The candidate will also be a player coach in selling direct to KOL’s and managing a funnel while managing sales reps and distributors in the region. Korea, Japan, Australia, India Lead and develop the APAC commercial team, partnering with the existing in-region team and adding new direct hires over time; ensure the team is motivated, mentored, incentivized, and retained Identify, develop, and manage international distribution channels across APAC markets including Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, ANZ, and India; provide sales, marketing, and customer support as needed Establish relationships with KOL’s and k
