## Accountabilities Lead research and analysis on the global AI services market, including market sizing, forecasting models, and competitive landscape evaluation. Produce high-impact insights, reports, and thought leadership content that inform enterprise strategy and decision-making. Engage directly with C-level executives, product leaders, and industry stakeholders through briefings, presentations, and advisory sessions. Develop predictive models and frameworks to assess market dynamics, demand shifts, and emerging opportunities in AI services. Translate complex market data into clear, actionable recommendations for technology providers and enterprise clients. Contribute to Gartner’s research agenda by identifying new trends, refining methodologies, and shaping analytical frameworks. Deliver presentations at conferences, client events, and industry forums as a recognized subject matter expert. Collaborate with global analyst teams to ensure consistency, quality, and impact of published research. Support internal teams, including sales and research, by providing market insights and thought leadership input. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices and knowledge sharing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Technology, or similar). 12+ years of experience in market analysis, consulting, research, or technology advisory roles. Strong expertise in AI services, enterprise technology markets, or related digital transformation domains. Proven experience in market sizing, forecasting, and advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level and VP-level).
