What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in affordable housing, including enterprise-level or multi-regional leadership responsibilities, Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or cross-functional programs at scale, leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across matrixed organizations, Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and operational implications within affordable housing programs, Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and manage organizational change
Nice to Have
advanced degree preferred, Certifications such as COS, C3P, SCHM, or similar designations preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead the enterprise strategy and operating model for affordable housing
Set vision and direction for operationalizing affordable housing requirements across processes
and governance of affordable housing policies
Expand and enhance Salesforce as the enterprise source of truth for affordable housing programs and requirements
Partner with Systems Services and cross-functional teams to evaluate and define the affordable housing software stack
Drive implementation and adoption of tools
Lead and influence a hybrid/regional affordable housing model
supervising and developing leaders
Provide strategic oversight of third-party compliance vendors
and industry relationships
Support acquisition due diligence
portfolio integration
and organizational readiness for future growth and M&A activity
