Must Have
3-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, systems administration, understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Experience with Windows 11, Windows enterprise configuration, knowledge of device management, configuration, deployment across multiple operating systems, Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages), Solid understanding of Active Directory, identity management, network security principles, Experience with mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, service management tools, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, managing multiple projects and priorities, Knowledge of patch management, software deployment processes, Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, hybrid IT environments, Experience with device compliance, security monitoring tools, Understanding of retail technology infrastructure, operational requirements, Knowledge of e-commerce systems, technology dependencies, Familiarity with multi-platform device management in enterprise environments
