What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Educated in Electrical Engineering or automation engineering as well as Project/Package Management disciplines, Experience with automation and control systems and data pipelines preferably within the energy sector, Knowledge & experience with design, specification, configuration and test of OT & IT, Demonstrated ability to engage & communicate well to teams & stakeholders, A proactive, agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving, A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow, Eager to learn about new technologies & different business domains within renewable energy, Ability to thrive & perform in a complex and diverse organizational set-up, Speak and write English fluently
Nice to Have
Relevant work experience and competencies within a combination of onshore & offshore technology, high voltage electrical systems and construction projects, OT & IT technical project/program management skills from the Wind, BESS or PV industry would be an advantage
