Experience using digital content platforms (e. g. AEM, SharePoint, Jive), Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, Familiarity with professional/corporate office environments, Experience with ticketing systems and managing shared inboxes, written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
stakeholder management skills, Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager, internal collaboration software such as Jive or SharePoint, Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content edits, Familiarity with document governance processes and version control

Monitor and triage incoming tickets and emails
