What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 + years delivering successful web/mobile products, Understanding user psychology and friction reduction, Expert use of GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Glassbox, or similar analytics tools, Confident working with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments and constraints, Able to influence and manage priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams, Experienced in agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and modern product management practices, Deep expertise in growth and data, with broad knowledge of UX, Engineering and GTM strategy, Interested in AI consumer use cases or using AI to improve workflow

Nice to Have

Experience in EV, IoT or Energy Management, Knowledge of competitors like Hugo, Loop, or Octopus, Worked in utilities, energy or other highly regulated industries, Familiarity with conversion-focused digital journeys, Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, Experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions or design sprints, Track record of converting user insights into actionable improvements, Comfort with rapid iteration and fast-changing project demands

What You'll Do.

discovery and delivery for Website and App experiences

Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests

Guide the product journey from identifying a user pain point to post-launch optimisation

Shape Website and App experiences from discovery and scoping through to launch and optimisation

Convert business needs into Epics

User Stories and actionable priorities for engineering teams

Work with designers to create intuitive

user-centred experiences

high-quality delivery while navigating technical constraints and dependencies

Align with Marketing and Operations to maximise adoption and engagement

Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve features

Run workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user needs

pain points and opportunities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with GTM, Design and Engineering teams; Work closely with technical partners; Partner with Tech; Coordinate GTM Launch; Work with designers; Manage priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams
