## Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable business outcomes. Develop and present strategic roadmaps, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to executive stakeholders and clients. Analyze digital performance data, user behavior, and attribution models to identify opportunities for growth and channel optimization. Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, defining best practices and elevating overall execution quality across campaigns. Drive innovation by integrating emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies into scalable solutions and service offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, development, and analytics to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery. Serve as the digital marketing lead on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and continuous improvement. Represent the digital marketing function in client meetings, workshops, and industry-facing engagements, including thought leadership opportunities. Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within agency or multi-client environments. Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, analytics, and content ecosystems. Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms. Deep understanding of SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing strategies. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to revenue and business outcomes.
