### **🚀 Senior Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Growth, Demand Generation, Paid Ads, HubSpot)** **Full-Time | Remote | U.S. EST Hours | Location: Pakistan** ### **💥 About the Role** We’re hiring a **Senior Digital Marketing Manager** to own and scale our B2B growth engine. This is not a coordination role. You will: * Drive **pipeline, leads, and revenue** * Own **paid + organic + outbound channels** * Build and optimize **full-funnel marketing systems** * Work directly with leadership to scale growth If you think in: 👉 funnels, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline — not just campaigns this role is for you. ### **📈 What You’ll Own** ### **1\. B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus)** * Build and execute **full-funnel B2B marketing strategies** * Drive **MQL → SQL → pipeline growth** * Own both: * Inbound (content, SEO, organic) * Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns) * Improve **lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution** * Build scalable **growth systems** , not one-off campaigns ### **2\.
