### **🚀 Senior Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Growth, Demand Generation, Paid Ads, HubSpot)** **Full-Time | Remote | U.S. EST Hours | Location: Pakistan** ### **💥 About the Role** We’re hiring a **Senior Digital Marketing Manager** to own and scale our B2B growth engine. This is not a coordination role. You will: * Drive **pipeline, leads, and revenue** * Own **paid + organic + outbound channels** * Build and optimize **full-funnel marketing systems** * Work directly with leadership to scale growth If you think in: 👉 funnels, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline — not just campaigns this role is for you. ### **📈 What You’ll Own** ### **1\. B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus)** * Build and execute **full-funnel B2B marketing strategies** * Drive **MQL → SQL → pipeline growth** * Own both: * Inbound (content, SEO, organic) * Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns) * Improve **lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution** * Build scalable **growth systems** , not one-off campaigns ### **2\. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing** * Manage campaigns across: * **LinkedIn Ads** * **Google Ads** * **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** * Optimize for: * **CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates** * Run structured testing across: * Audiences * Creatives * Messaging * Landing pages * Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency ### **3\. Content, SEO & Organic Growth** * Support **SEO strategy + keyword targeting** * Improve **organic traffic and inbound demand** * Align messaging across: * Paid * Organic * Outbound * Optimize **landing pages and funnels for conversion** ### **4\.
