What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years in B2B digital marketing / growth marketing, Proven track record driving pipeline growth, Proven track record driving qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs), Proven track record driving revenue impact, Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Experience with Google Ads, Experience with Meta Ads, Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Experience managing multi-channel demand generation, Analytical and reporting skills, Excellent English communication (written + verbal)

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, Experience in Agencies, Experience in Service-based businesses, Exposure to Outbound marketing, Exposure to Sales enablement workflows, Experience mentoring or leading teams, Understanding of B2B attribution, Understanding of Funnel optimization, Understanding of Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Own and scale B2B growth engine

and outbound channels

Build and optimize full-funnel marketing systems

Build and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies

Drive MQL → SQL → pipeline growth

and revenue contribution

Build scalable growth systems

Manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads

Optimize campaigns for CPL

Run structured testing across audiences

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Support SEO strategy + keyword targeting

Improve organic traffic and inbound demand

Align messaging across paid

Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion

Own marketing workflows in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

Build nurture sequences

Build lead scoring systems

Build automation workflows

Improve reporting visibility

Improve campaign analytics

Align closely with sales on pipeline and revenue targets

Present performance insights to leadership

Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors

Identify and fix execution bottlenecks

Help scale the marketing function

Review campaign and funnel performance daily

Optimize paid and outbound campaigns daily
