Digital & MKT capability framework design, job mapping and raise the celling of prioritized competencies 2. Establish, Optimize & Monitor Enterprise Digital & MKT Excellence & SOP, internally and externally 3. Co-form, Facilitate enterprise digital transformation strategy and roadmap, acquire cutting edge trends. **Approach & Priority: ** **A combination of Surgical interventions & on-going advancement** \- CATCH UP Capability Framework & Training covering: 1) MKT 2) Digital & eCommerce • Deliver Annual ME calendar, with Enhanced Training module, 70%/30% in-house/external, and impactful initiatives • Be able to Act as a In-house Star Trainer for G6/below with aligned Roadmap & Plan w/ CMT • China best practice roll out and lead/activate the MKT community and MKT leadership meeting • Shape Digital & eCom Capability Showcase as China pilot to halo global/APAC • G
