Define and evolve digital marketing standards, ensuring consistent best practices across SEO, paid media, analytics, and content-driven experiences. Analyze performance data, audience behavior, and attribution insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. Drive innovation by integrating emerging digital trends, technologies, and tools into scalable marketing solutions. Oversee cross-functional collaboration between marketing, content, development, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels. Serve as the senior digital lead on complex client engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence. Translate data insights into clear narratives that guide business decisions and optimize ROI across digital investments. Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing teams while setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance and growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a digital agency or consulting environment. Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategies and client engagements. Strong expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and digital analytics.
