As **Senior****Digital Manager** in our**Sydney** office**,** you will own the build, delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns for your client patch. The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker with a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience across platforms. You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills, confidently presenting results and recommendations to internal teams and external clients. **Core responsibilities: ** * Lead, execute and optimise core digital channels with a primary focus on Search performance. * Shape client objectives for search‑led campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with brand and digital strategy. * Translate briefs into clear, search‑driven tactical plans across audience, intent, environment and creative. * Own WIPs and PCAs, delivering search insights, optimisation actions and forward recommendations. **A bit about you:** * A hands‑on digital practitioner with proven end‑to‑end delivery of search‑led performance campaigns. * Deep technical capability in enterprise‑level search platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, GMP, and Microsoft Advertising, with strong working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and complementary performance channels. * A commercially minded, data‑driven operator who can translate search performance into meaningful business outcomes. * Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills, comfortable leading reporting, insights and presentations. **What’s in it for you:** * Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution t
