Must be on-site at our office in Sydney, Australia or Singapore five days a week, Must be independently authorised to work in Australia, Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of total work experience, with at least one role that included real ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative, Deep expertise across various paid digital acquisition channels

Nice to Have

Preference experience at a B2B SaaS company, early-stage startup GTM ownership

Driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels

Manage a large quarterly budget

Oversee campaign planning

Build and scale our digital growth engine

Interviewing stakeholders

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work within the JAPAC growth team and alongside regional stakeholders; Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers; Partner with our creative team; Manage relationships across Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Ops

Communication Scope

Elite Communication; Written communicator — you can write a campaign brief, a landing page headline, and an internal update with equal clarity; Excellent interpersonal skills

Process & Methodology

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail
