## Description We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer who leads with design, is highly fluent in Figma, and can confidently build, troubleshoot, and polish digital experiences across WordPress, HubSpot, email, landing pages, presentations, and sales enablement. You'll work alongside a counterpart Digital Designer as part of a two-person digital execution team, helping own the day-to-day digital queue and ensuring our work is polished, responsive, and brand-consistent. When a layout breaks on mobile, you don't wait for someone else to fix it. When the design calls for motion — a scroll animation, micro-interaction, or lightweight transition — you can help bring it to life yourself. And when the component library needs a new component or an update, you know how to keep our Figma design system organized, scalable, and reliable for the full creative team.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Design and build WordPress pages and posts that are visually polished and brand-consistent. Create HubSpot landing pages and email templates that balance aesthetics with conversion. Evaluate, select, and configure HubSpot and Wordpress modules to match brand standards — knowing what to look for and how to adapt what you find. Assess and resolve front-end layout issues: spacing, padding, responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Implement motion on the website independently — scrolling animations, micro-interactions, and lightweight web animation — without requiring a developer to execute. Own and maintain the Figma component library — update components as the brand evolves, extend the library with new components as needs arise, and keep the system organized so the full creative team works from a single source of truth. Actively incorporate AI tools into your design and production workflow — using them to increase output, move faster on production tasks, and expand what's possible across digital design and content.
