5+ years in a Product Design role leading design alongside your cross-functional peers in Product, Engineering and Research, Holistic approach to design, from high-level strategy to small design details, Self-starter who is solution-oriented, Comfortable with defining, scoping, and designing for new opportunities with and without the input of others, Excellent communication skills and ability to present your decisions and processes clearly and confidently, Enthusiasm for growth and improvement, openness to feedback, and ability to work well with other designers of all levels, Adaptability and excitement for working in a fast-paced environment, Advanced design expertise, elevating the overall quality across the team by showcasing exceptional craft in typography, layout, interactive design, and complex logic and systems, Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools, Active, practical integration of AI-powered tools into your day-to-day design workflow

Nice to Have

Foundational understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Previous experience designing for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), subscription, or digital membership products, Proven experience designing for experimentation, user testing, and A/B testing frameworks

You thrive in high-velocity environments without sacrificing craft, bringing clarity and elegance to complex, multi-touchpoint programs.
