What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline (or equivalent), Chartered or equivalent professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body, understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects and asset management, Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change, from engagement start-up through implementation, Ability to clearly link digital solutions to client value, including cost, efficiency, assurance, and performance outcomes, understanding of PMO / PMIS tools, methodologies, and governance, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly, High emotional intelligence
