What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Substantial experience in digital and social communications, Knowledge of digital and social campaigning tools and techniques, Demonstrable experience managing WordPress websites, including content creation and editing using the Gutenberg block editor, Experience managing digital marketing or engagement campaigns or the digital side of advocacy campaigns, Experience of using digital channels to reach target audiences, Extensive experience in measuring, monitoring, reporting and improving digital impact for an organisation, Experience of advising colleagues on best practice on digital communications and or branding, Excellent written and visual content creation skills, storytelling skills, Proven experience of working in partnership, particularly in the civil society space, Excellent organisational and project management skills, Fluent English

Nice to Have

Knowledge of or an interest in climate change, Experience running paid-digital campaigns, Experience working with digital influencers, Fluency in another language

Contribute to communications strategy

Lead digital strategies for programmes

Write and edit copy for digital channels

* Reports to: Head of Communications * Preferred location: Europe or Asia (GMT +/- 7 hours) * Annual Salary: Compensation for this role is benchmarked at EUR 73,000 and adjusted based on the employee’s location and aligned local salary bands. * Working Hours: Full time role at 5 days/week ### About Climate Catalyst Climate Catalyst is a non-profit dedicated to galvanizing the collective power of business, investors, and civil society to influence and accelerate policy change in Asia and Europe. Our vision is a just, prosperous world in which global warming is limited to 1.5°C. Climate Catalyst works to strengthen collaboration and mobilise new actors on pivotal climate challenges in heavy emitting industries. We build power and compel political leaders to act at the speed and scale needed to tackle the climate crisis. We do this by: * Working behind the scenes with stakeholders in Europe and Asia to identify critical climate issues where action to date has been limited, and the potential for collaboration is high. * Bringing together renowned experts and new entrants to share ideas, and design and deliver creative campaigns that secure decisive changes in national and regional policy to deliver sectoral tipping points and secure significant emissions reductions. * Advising on strategy, offering grants and bringing creative communications, advocacy and business expertise to build power across the climate community and catalyse action.
