You partner with client merchants and ecommerce teams to identify 3P assortment opportunities and deliver actionable plans that drive profitable GMV. In EMEA, this role also expands and strengthens the Rithum network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new brands and suppliers to meet retailer demand and support regional growth. Responsibilities Assortment Strategy including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Strong understanding of online retail and wholesale/drop ship/commission models Experience with Salesforce / Gainsight / Salesloft or similar CRM tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and actions Proven
