Must Have
4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, ad operations, or retail media environments, Expertise in Retail Media platforms, Sponsored Products, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic Buying, Experience with tracking setups, Experience with campaign optimisation, Confidence in collaborating with international stakeholders
Nice to Have
Ideally including tools such as Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Amazon Advertising, or comparable DSPs

Own the end-to-end setup
and optimisation of Retail Media campaigns across Sponsored Products
and Programmatic platforms
Translate media plans into high-quality technical campaign setups
and attribution logic
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS
Identify opportunities through audience refinements
and placement optimisation
Contribute to best practices
and activation standards
Share expertise on Retail Media
and Programmatic innovations with the wider team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acting as the central link between Campaign Managers and technical campaign execution; Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Ad Tech, and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking, flawless technical implementation, and transparent reporting across all campaigns; Sharing expertise on Retail Media, Paid Social, and Programmatic innovations with the wider team; Confidence in collaborating with international stakeholders in both German and English
