Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Extensive expertise in semiconductor design, Extensive expertise in DFT engineering, Advanced knowledge of chip design using Verilog, Advanced knowledge of chip design using System Verilog, Proficient in structural scan techniques, Proficient in structural scan flows, Deep understanding of memory test, Deep understanding of memory repair methodologies, Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects
Nice to Have
Expertise in verification methodologies, Expertise in UVM, Comprehensive understanding of Design for Debug principles, Proficiency with Static Timing Analysis (STA), Experience with 3D testing technologies
What You'll Do.
Assume responsibility over full range of DFT
Lead a talented team of engineers
Work closely with frontend teams
Work closely with backend teams
Participate in architecture reviews
Participate in design reviews
Create design solutions for testability
Create design solutions for debug ability
Create design solutions for reliability improvement
Create design solutions for yield improvement
Provide design constraints for implementation
Provide design constraints for sign-off
Drive execution of work plans
Track execution of work plans
Be involved in silicon bring-up
Be involved in reliability testing
Be involved in advanced physical failure analysis
Get high-quality product out into AWS fleet
