What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Having worked as a Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst role, specifically within DevOps or application development environments, functional understanding of DevSecOps pillars: CI/CD pipelines, Security Scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), Cloud Fluency: Understanding of multi-cloud architectures and the functional differences between major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Proven track record of leading organizational change or large-scale tool adoption programs, Proven experience acting as a liaison between deep technical teams and product-focused application teams, Deep experience writing high-quality User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and managing complex backlogs in Jira, Familiarity with DevSecOps and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.), Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance

Nice to Have

Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a developer or sysadmin), Experience with automated security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, and IaC scanning), Familiarity with the SDLC, OWASP Top 10, and NIST frameworks, Certification in Cloud (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.) or Security (CISSP, CISM), Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, problem-solving abilities with a product focused mindset, communication and client facing consulting skills, Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
