This initiative focuses on a comprehensive replatforming and cloud migration journey, where you will lead the transition of subsidiary services from on-premises infrastructure to a modern, AWS-integrated environment. Position – how you’ll contribute * Ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT operations * Build and lead a DevOps team * Manage and continuously improve existing infrastructure (hands on experiance with public or private cloud is a plus) * Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes * Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident management * Support and guide cloud migration activities * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve release quality and speed ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need * Proven experience in leadership roles, including managing and mentoring technical teams * Strong hands-on experience with Linux, on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation * Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other modern DevOps/IaC tools * Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and infrastructure security best practices * Practical experience with cloud environments and supporting cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset * Langua
