## Accountabilities Lead the design, implementation, and standardization of CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency, reliability, and scalability across engineering teams. Establish and enforce development workflows, branching strategies, quality gates, and release management standards to ensure consistent engineering practices. Drive continuous integration and deployment initiatives, improving build validation, release automation, traceability, and early defect detection. Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to create scalable, repeatable, and consistent environments throughout the development lifecycle. Promote containerization strategies and modern deployment practices to improve system portability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Assess existing DevOps maturity levels and lead initiatives that reduce manual processes while increasing automation adoption across teams. Integrate code quality, testing, and validation tools into development workflows to strengthen software quality and engineering standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, influencing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced delivery performance. Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused roles. Proven experience leading CI/CD transformation initiatives and implementing scalable automation strategies across engineering organizations. Strong expertise with modern CI/CD platforms, including Git-based pipelines, Jenkins, or equivalent automation solutions. Experience working in environments with low or fragmented DevOps maturity and successfully driving process standardization and adoption. Solid understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, code review processes, and merge governance. Hands-on experience
