DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS Als (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der technischen Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Plattform. Du bringst dein tiefes technisches Know-how ein, um unsere Infrastruktur auf Basis von DevOps Prinzipien weiterzuentwickeln - mit besonderem Fokus auf Cloud Technologien und Kubernetes. Gleichzeitig gibst du deine Erfahrung als Mentor im Team weiter, um gemeinsam die Produktqualität auf ein neues Level zu heben. - Technische Führung & Konzeption: Als erster technischer Ansprechpartner für Projektverantwortliche erarbeitest du gemeinsam im Team präzise technische Feinkonzepte, unter anderem für bevorstehende Cloud Migrationsprojekte. - Cloud Migration & Hyperscaler Expertise: Die Migration unserer Infrastruktur in die Cloud treibst du aktiv voran und bringst fundiertes Know-how auf mindestens einer der führenden Hyperscaler Plattformen (AWS, Azure oder GCP) mit: von Architekturentscheidungen bis zur konkreten Umsetzung. - Teamentwicklung & Mentoring: Durch gezieltes Mentorship und Know-how Transfer sicherst du die Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Teams und gestaltest Teamstrukturen aktiv mit. - End-to-End Verantwortung & Qualität: Von der Anforderung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss übernimmst du die Steuerung komplexer Projekte und bringst dabei proaktiv Impulse ein, um System- und Codequalität nachhaltig zu sichern. - On-Call Rotation: Teil unserer neu einzuführenden On-Call Rotation zu werden, ist für dich eine willkommene Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit dem Team Verantwortung für die Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit unserer Plattform zu übernehmen. DAS BRINGST DU MIT - Berufserfahrung & Hyperscaler-Expertise: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im DevOps-Umfeld, kombiniert mit tiefgreifenden, praxiserprobten Kenntnissen auf mindestens einer Hyperscaler Plattform (AWS, Azure oder GCP). - Kubernetes & Container-Technologien: Sicherer Umgang mit Kubernetes (ob im Self-Managed Betrieb oder auf Managed Diensten wie EKS, A
