This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional to lead the transformation of CI/CD and automation practices within a modern, technology-driven environment. The role offers significant ownership and influence over engineering processes, helping to establish scalable infrastructure, improve deployment reliability, and drive operational excellence across multiple teams. Working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders, you will define best practices, implement automation standards, and enhance software delivery efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, promoting engineering maturity, and creating long-term impact through modern DevOps methodologies. You'll join a collaborative and globally distributed environment that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous improvement. ## Accountabilities Lead the design, implementation, and standardization of CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency, reliability, and scalability across engineering teams. Drive continuous integration and deployment initiatives, improving build validation, release automation, traceability, and early defect detection. Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to create scalable, repeatable, and consistent environments throughout the development lifecycle.
