Must Have
5+ years of experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture, 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms including AWS or GCP, 1+ years experience in working with Terraform, 2+ years experience with containerization technologies, including Docker, 1+ years experience with orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated service deployments, including provisions for networking, security, reliability, management, reporting, and configuration management, Basic understanding of best practices for deployment automation, Experience using Git in a team environment (merge requests, branching, push, and pulls)
Nice to Have
In-depth understanding of networking, including routing, naming, security, network performance, and network failure modes, In-depth understanding of the HTTP protocol, Understanding of PKI, Experience with instrumentation and management of automated deployments, Experience resolving customer deployment issues, Experience with Python and Bash scripting, Worked with distributed teams

Maintaining Cloud-based services
Ownership of operational maintenance
Managing customer environments
Fulfilling service requests
Onboarding new customers
Upgrading existing environments
performance and security of customer environments
Performing configuration changes and access requests
Setting up customer environments
Configuring standard settings
Working with the customer to set up connectivity
Auditing existing customer environments
Ensuring environments are up-to-date with latest software versions
and security standards
Monitoring the environment for issues
