Embracing a vendor-agnostic approach, this team cultivates deep expertise across diverse cloud providers, open-source technologies, and other innovative tools, enabling us to craft tailored solutions that best fit our clients' needs. About the role You'll join Devoteam's engineering practice and work across client engagements — from financial services to large enterprises — where the infrastructure actually matters. You'll be embedded in cross-functional teams, shaping DevOps standards from the ground up, not inheriting someone else's neglected setup. What you'll do * Design, build, and own CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects and platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), from initial design to production; * Automate deployment and infrastructure release workflows, cutting manual toil and reducing the surface area for human error; * Define and implement observability strategies covering metrics, logs, and distributed traces so issues are caught before users notice them; * Design, implement, and operate Kafka-based data pipelines and real-time messaging infrastructure supporting critical business operations; * Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, paired with configuration
