Must Have
5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles focused on high-performance, production-grade systems, Proficiency in Linux admin, Experience in managing AWS cloud infrastructure, Proficiency with containerized workloads (Kubernetes essential), Scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana), Hands-on experience with production incident response, Hands-on experience with AWS (essential), Experience with automation and IaC Ansible, Terraform is essential, Understanding of performance engineering at both the system and network levels, including tuning, profiling, and capacity planning, Knowledge of cloud networking, Knowledge of security best practices, Knowledge of IAM, Knowledge of SIEM tools
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus, Google Cloud (desirable), Azure (desirable), Experience working in, or a interest in cryptocurrency and finance in general is desired, Experience in crypto trading environments (CeFi, DeFi, or both), Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices, Experience with supply chain security, Experience with secrets management, Experience with secure build pipelines
