About the Role As a DevOps Engineer within the Platform team, you will play a critical role in accelerating and securing the delivery of our Unsecured Personal Loans (UPL) products. Acting as an embedded expert, you will bridge the gap between our core Platform capabilities and the UPL product engineering team. You will take ownership of the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation tools that power this critical business domain. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with high impact and autonomy. In your first 6–12 months, your primary focus will be to standardize and optimize the UPL team's infrastructure using AWS CDK and Terraform. You will work closely with UPL engineers to identify bottlenecks in their deployment lifecycle, redesigning CI/CD pipelines to improve release velocity and reliability.
