What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Infrastructure engineering experience with deep expertise in cloud environments, CI/CD systems, and scalable platform design. A solid software engineering background and comfort with operational ownership are essential, along with the ability to reason about developer experience and productivity. Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, GCP also considered). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform also Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.). Deep understanding of CI/CD systems, deployment pipelines, and release workflows. Proven ability to measure and improve software delivery performance (DORA, SPACE, etc.). Experience owning production systems and participating in on-call rotations. Software engineering background beyond pure infrastructure work. Ability to design developer-friendly systems and tooling. Excellent async communication skills in remote, distributed teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/agent-based tooling, MCP servers, or fintech/payments systems.
What You'll Do.

## Accountabilities You will own and evolve the internal developer platform, ensuring engineers can build and ship software efficiently, safely, and at scale. This includes designing infrastructure systems, improving delivery workflows, and building the foundations for AI-augmented engineering practices.
