What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of software engineering experience, at least 2 years in platform, DevEx, or developer tooling roles, Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools, Proven ability to drive cultural change, proficiency in Python and/or comfortable writing backend services, CLI tools, and automation scripts, Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms, Systems thinker, communicator
Nice to Have
Experience building or deploying agentic coding systems, Contributions to open-source developer tooling or AI/LLM tooling projects, Familiarity with healthcare tech constraints — HIPAA, SOC 2, audit logging, Background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Run internal workshops
and enablement programs
Define and evolve AI-first development standards
and maintain the internal developer platform
and self-service infrastructure
Build intelligent automation for code review
Architect infrastructure for running AI coding agents
Establish and track DevEx metrics
Act as a thought leader and internal advisor on AI coding trends
