What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem, Experience managing technical and business alliances across multiple partner groups and peer team(s), Deep knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem, workflows, and applicable high-performance computing and AI/ML technologies, World-class communication skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate sophisticated technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops, Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed)
Nice to Have
MBA is a plus, Hands-on experience building or optimizing solutions for the financial services industry, Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms and AI frameworks, Knowledge of NVIDIA CUDA, CUDA-X acceleration libraries, NVIDIA AI for Enterprise, NVIDIA Agentic AI platform, Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making, Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs

Coordinate and participate in conferences
and other activities to showcase our solutions and engage with the capital markets community
