Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience, 6+ years of tech industry experience, 4+ years hands-on AI development in financial services using NVIDIA technologies, Established track record in developing and growing developer initiatives with prominent tech and financial ISV partners, background in AI/ML development, CUDA-X libraries, and large-scale training/inference frameworks, Extensive experience leading strategic technical collaborations, including architecture development, code reviews, and high-impact technical presentations, Proven success in crafting and leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical engagements, Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts across diverse audiences and co-commercializing solutions with strategic ISVs, Native-level Japanese fluency, Advanced English proficiency

Hands-on experience optimizing applications for capital markets and financial services, improving performance, scalability, and reliability, Expertise with advanced GPU-accelerated data science and AI frameworks and integrating these technologies into production systems, Track record crafting real-time market data systems, ultra-low-latency trading pipelines, and large-scale risk simulations on accelerated compute, Established experience in developing developer communities across banks, hedge funds, FinTechs, and capital-markets ISVs to expand GPU-accelerated AI adoption
