What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of IT support experience, experience supporting a Microsoft environment, Desktop Support Role, Knowledge of server operations, Knowledge of infrastructure, Knowledge of web interfaces, Knowledge of remote access tools, Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, Experience with Microsoft Office O365, Experience with Remote support, Experience with PC / printer hardware, Experience with VPN, Experience with Citrix, Experience with Active Directory, Ability to identify issues, Ability to escalate appropriately, Ability to work to resolve them, Effective written communication skills, Effective verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in a related field, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certifications

Provide IT End User support
Troubleshoot Desktop devices
Troubleshoot mobile/phone devices
Troubleshoot printer devices
Troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment
Troubleshoot related IT devices
Troubleshoot related IT services
Work with other IT teams
Maintain end-user environments
Support end-user environments
Participate in technology projects
Communicate with customers
Communicate with stakeholders
Communicate with service providers
Deploy mobile devices
Assist with mobile device set-up
Troubleshoot mobile devices
Support office technology
Participate in IT Team meetings
Offer consistent service delivery
Provide identification for issues

Suggest enhancements for end user support
Mentor less experienced team members
