What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design, 6 + years of apparel design experience, Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tools, Experience in CLO and CLO Set, Skilled in flat sketching, trend research, and storytelling through design, communication and organizational experience in cross-functional collaboration
Nice to Have
Experience with direct-to-consumer brands and athletic/performance design is a plus

## About the Role As a Senior Designer for Athleta, you’ll lead the creative development of seasonal product design—translating performance, style, and trend insights into compelling collections that embody Athleta’s brand identity. You will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to deliver innovative, high-quality apparel that supports women through movement.
