5+ years experience in performance creative, Hands-on experience producing creative for paid social and paid search campaigns, Confident in motion and video production, Experience managing or contributing to an organic social channel, Data-literate, Fluent in modern design tools

What You'll Do.
Lead creative development across paid performance channels

Build and maintain a structured pipeline of testable
Iterate rapidly based on performance data

Turn briefs and data insights into creative hypotheses
Execute and evaluate creative hypotheses with speed
Drive motion and video capability across campaigns
Support creative briefing for agency partners
Oversee quality for agency partners
Ensure coherence and performance focus across external assets
Contribute to building a clear creative feedback loop
Own the creative execution of Zopa’s organic social
Build always-on content that reflects brand
Develop original content formats suited to platform behaviours
Translate product features into engaging social content
Align organic social creative with paid messaging
Identify and test emerging formats and platform opportunities
Contribute to broader creative work
Support delivery of campaign and product launch assets
Maintain shared creative toolkits and templates
Provide creative direction to agency partners
Partner with product marketing to develop campaign messaging
Collaborate with Head of Brand Design and Creative
Engage with Experience Design and Product teams
