What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fashion Design graduated at a degree level or equivalent, 5-6 years of fashion design work experience ideally within the mid to luxury market segment, A Multi Product Designer with experience across product categories and genders, Excellent computer skills (Illustrator/Photoshop) & hand-drawing skills, Ability to translate trends into commercial collections with a contemporary handwriting, High level fabric knowledge across categories, plus a technical understanding of fits and constructions, understanding of sourcing qualities, washes, trims and details that fit in the Tommy Hilfiger aesthetic, Business English fluency (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Work experience from brand collaborations, sponsorships and special projects is a plus, Thrives in a fast paced ever changing environment with a hands-on mentality, Proactive approach to the work place, able to support and adapt to the needs of the team, Highly organized and can work on multiple seasons and projects simultaneously, Available to travel for supplier visits, A dedicated driven team player with great communication skills

Source and present creative research

Design across multiple product categories
Communicate design ideas
Create detailed CAD sketches
Prepare sketches for presentations
Create garment worksheets
Prepare PLM for factories
Work with Tech and Product Development
Find solutions to problems
Communicate challenges and changes
Partner with Product Developer
Attend key milestones
Partner with sourcing teams
Follow up on sourcing and fabrics
Align design aesthetics

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Design Director; Partner with other members of the Design team; Partner with Product Development, Fit and Merchandising; Work closely with Tech and Product Development teams; Close working and communication on challenges and changes; Supports and partners with the Product Developer; Work closely with the Design Team
