## Accountabilities Design seamless, integrated experiences across product, marketing, and customer touchpoints Define, evolve, and maintain a consistent visual language for SaaS products and brand systems Create wireframes, task flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-rich interfaces Design dashboards, tables, charts, and data visualizations with a strong focus on clarity and usability Contribute to and enhance scalable design systems with reusable, high-quality UI components Conduct quality checks to ensure all design outputs are polished and ready for development handoff Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive experiences Lead through design excellence and contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation Participate in a wide range of projects including product design, branding, and marketing initiatives Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in product or UI design, preferably in SaaS or product-driven companies Strong expertise in visual design principles including typography, color theory, and layout composition Advanced hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in UI design, especially data-heavy or dashboard interfaces Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Experience working across the full design lifecycle as an individual contributor (no managerial responsibilities) Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; knowledge of motion design or JavaScript is an added advantage Ability to stay updated with modern design trends and continuously improve craft quality Strong ownership mindset, self-motivated attitude, and willingness to push creative boundaries Experience in financial or enterprise SaaS products is a plus but not mandatory Bene
