Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Design and produce a wide range of corporate communications materials including executive presentations, all-hands decks, newsletters, digital signage, reports, investor materials, and internal communication assets Translate complex business and corporate messaging into clear, visually compelling narratives tailored for diverse internal and external audiences Contribute to and evolve the company design system, including templates, components, and scalable visual frameworks Ensure high standards of craft across typography, layout, data visualization, and visual hierarchy, particularly for executive-facing materials Partner closely with Corporate Communications and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver strategic design solutions Manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication of risks and priorities Collaborate with video and motion teams to ensure visual consistency across multimedia assets Continuously improve design workflows, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization Requirements: 6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate communications, presentations, editorial design, or report-based work Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Experience working within or contributing to established design systems, component libraries, and brand frameworks Proven ability to design high-stakes executive materials such as board decks, investor presentations, or annual reports Strong understanding of data visualization, infographic design, and visual storytelling principles Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with a high degree
