What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Creative portfolio, Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Material, Graphic Design, or related, 5+ years of progressive and technically sophisticated textile design, Demonstrated understanding of textile manufacturing, screen-printing, dying, and design techniques, Expert knowledge in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe CC, Able to design, prepare production files, and color separate art using Illustrator and Photoshop, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Keen attention to detail, Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments’ operations, Demonstration of innovation and initiative

Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, Understand and empathize with the runner
What You'll Do.
Drive conceptual ideation
and execution for branded
on-trend artwork inspired by running culture
Lead the execution of branded apparel
Develop a consumer-oriented point of view
Own projects from concept through final production-ready artwork
Adapt designs to meet timelines and production requirements
Maintain a high standard of craft
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Recommend design solutions that align with Brooks brand
and market insights into compelling
Create visual stories that connect to Brooks’ brand
Align with the seasonal product direction
Prepare and present concepts to stakeholders and senior
Communicate design rationale clearly
Incorporate feedback to refine and advance the work
Respond to design critiques with multiple solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Gain and maintain a current and deep understanding
Understand what matters to runners
Mentor and support other designers

Our growing team seeks a Senior Designed, Branded Apparel Graphics to develop merchandise in support of branded experiences around the globe. As the Senior Designer, Branded Apparel Graphics at Brooks, you will be responsible for creating original graphics and textile designs that reflect our brand aesthetic while meeting the needs of the business serving runners around the world. You will help shape how Brooks shows up through branded products at events, brand moments, and internal programs, translating our brand expression into compelling, product-ready design.
