The role involves consolidating data, improving search functions, and enhancing evidence-based legal operations. User research and requirements analysis: The candidate will conduct user interviews and workshops to understand search behaviors and define the scope for an enterprise search solution. Service journey mapping and design: Responsibilities include mapping current search workflows, designing optimal user experiences, and creating service blueprints for new search capabilities. Concept development and prototyping: The role involves collaborating with teams to create design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, iterating designs for stakeholder feedback.
