What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma with trad school certification in CAD Mechanical or Electrical fields or AA degree in Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical field, 10+ years of experience in the Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing fields, Advance skills with the MSN Office Suites including: Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, high-level of proficiency in design and calculation software

Establish conceptual approach to systems
Manage project function

Manage project contract
Manage client expectations
Control project schedule
Optimize project financials
Ensure project information flow
Coordinate with trade engineers
Develop staff project management skills
Convert client goals into system designs
Represent Firm in client interactions
Coordinate and assign projects
Supervise and lead design team
Maintain interdisciplinary coordination
Supervise preparation of reports
Supervise coordination meetings
Create and manage budget
Monitor correspondence
Address Construction Administrative duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with trade specific project engineers; Represent Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors and other project team members; Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades/projects consultants
