What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-6 + years of experience in Fashion Design, Fashion design Graduated at a degree level or equivalent, Relevant work experience in Tailoring, Constructed and Casual Woven product categories, Excellent computer skills (Illustrator/Photoshop) & hand-drawn skills, Ability to translate trends into a commercial collection with a feminine handwriting, fabric knowledge and understanding of fit and construction is essential, Can work in a highly productive, fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude, Proactive approach in the workplace, highly organised and can work on multiple seasons simultaneously, A dedicated driven team player, with great communication skills, Business English fluency (both written and verbal)

What You'll Do.
Identifying trends and presenting creative research
Translating trends into commercial products
Designing within the Constructed Woven product categories
Focusing on commercial products whilst also adding newness
modernity and innovation
Working to the Divisional Calendar to meet deadlines
Working to a commercial Range Plan each season
Collaborating with the Merchandising team on best seller management
Essential product and seasonal newness
Preparing all sketches for divisional digital presentations
Focusing on the follow up of each style
Using Illustrator and Photoshop to create CAD sketches
Conducting preparations for seasonal presentations to senior management
Attending and participating in key milestones such as sketch and proto reviews
Preparing all sketches for divisional presentations
Preparing all confirmed styles to be digitalized
Completing garment worksheets and PLM to a high standard
Aligning design aesthetics
seasonal details and seasonal concepts with the Design Team
Partnering with the Product Developer to ensure a smooth workflow
Working closely with Tech and Product Development teams on garment fittings
Finding solutions to any problems that may come up during the fitting process
Partnering with fabric sourcing team for qualities
Building overviews and collection reviews in collaboration with cross-functional team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with other members of the Design Team; Partner with product development, fit technicians and merchandising teams; Collaborate with the Merchandising team; Work closely with the Design Team; Partner with the Product Developer; Work closely with Tech and Product Development teams; Partnering with fabric sourcing team; Building overviews and collection reviews in collaboration with cross-functional team; Work well in a team environment, utilizing communication skills
