What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-6 + years of experience in Fashion Design, Fashion design Graduated at a degree level or equivalent, Relevant work experience in Tailoring, Constructed and Casual Woven product categories, Excellent computer skills (Illustrator/Photoshop) & hand-drawn skills, Ability to translate trends into a commercial collection with a feminine handwriting, fabric knowledge and understanding of fit and construction is essential, Can work in a highly productive, fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude, Proactive approach in the workplace, highly organised and can work on multiple seasons simultaneously, A dedicated driven team player, with great communication skills, Business English fluency (both written and verbal)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of tailoring/casual woven products, Understanding of construction, High level of fabric knowledge, Good understanding of trends, silhouettes and fabrications, Ability to translate trends into commercial products in line with the Tommy Hilfiger brand identity

What You'll Do.

Identifying trends and presenting creative research

Translating trends into commercial products

Design within the Constructed Woven product categories

Focus on commercial products whilst also adding newness

modernity and innovation

Working to the Divisional Calendar to meet deadlines

Working to a commercial Range Plan each season

Preparing all sketches for divisional digital presentations

Focus on the follow up of each style

Use Illustrator and Photoshop to create CAD sketches

Conducting preparations for seasonal presentations to senior management

Attend and participate in key milestones such as sketch and proto reviews

Prepare all sketches for divisional presentations

Prepare all confirmed styles to be digitalized

Garment worksheets and PLM completed to a high standard

Work closely with the Design Team to align design aesthetics

seasonal details and seasonal concepts

Partner with the Product Developer to ensure a smooth workflow

Work closely with Tech and Product Development teams on garment fittings

Help find solutions to any problems that may come up during the fitting process

Partnering with fabric sourcing team for qualities

Building overviews and collection reviews in collaboration with cross-functional team
