About the Role: As a Senior Presentation Designer, you will play a key role within our in-house design team, creating high-impact presentations and visual storytelling for eight media agencies and their clients. Working across high-profile new business pitches, internal communications and events, you will transform complex ideas, strategic narratives and data into visually compelling presentation experiences that engage a variety of audiences. Combining exceptional presentation design craft with advanced PowerPoint expertise, you will collaborate closely with growth, marketing, client and agency teams to deliver polished, audience-focused work at pace. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, information hierarchy and brand consistency, with the ability to confidently work across multiple agency brands and adapt creative output to different tones, audiences and objectives. Reporting into the Design Lead (Presentation Specialist), you will work alongside a collaborative team of Design Leads and Senior Designers, contributing to the evolution of presentation standards, templates and creative processes across the wider business. About You: Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template creation, animation, interactivity and presentation structuring Strong working knowledge of Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, information design and presentation best practices Ability to translate complex ideas, data and messaging into clear, engaging and audience-focused visual communication Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visu
