About this Role We're seeking a Senior Designer to join our growing Mexico City creative team. This role calls for a designer who is equal parts conceptual thinker and expert craftsperson—someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment and brings strong creative instincts to every project. You'll collaborate across MATTE's diverse portfolio of clients and internal teams to create bold, elevated work across branding, campaigns, experiential, content, and digital platforms. Reporting to a Design Director, you'll own projects from ideation through execution, helping shape visual direction while delivering exceptional creative work. What You'll Do Design Execution & Creative Leadership Concept and design innovative, compelling creative across digital, print, experiential, social, and brand platforms. Lead the visual development of branded content, campaigns, and experiences from concept through final execution. Translate strategic insights into thoughtful and visually engaging creative solutions. Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, producers, and creative leadership to bring ideas to life. Adapt design systems and creative approaches across a variety of industries, brands, and audiences while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency. Present design rationale and creative thinking internally and to clients when appropriate. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support Partner with the New Business team to create pitch decks, mockups
